Cancellation Policy
Please provide 24 hours notice before your appointment to reschedule/cancel. Cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours will result in a 50% charge.
Late Arrival Policy
If you arrive late, your appointment will still end at the originally scheduled time in order to avoid delaying the next client. Full session fees will still apply, regardless of the length of the actual session.
If you are more than 15 minutes late without contacting us, your appointment may be considered a no-show and result in a cancellation fee.
We recommend arriving 5–10 minutes early to allow time for check-in and relaxation before your appointment begins.
What types of massage do you offer?
We offer a range of massage therapies including Swedish, deep tissue, sports massage, prenatal, hot stone, and aromatherapy. Please see our main page for full descriptions.
How do I book an appointment?
You can book online through our website. Reservations are required, we do not provide walk-in availability.
Do you offer outcall services?
We currently only see clients at our studio located in downtown Orlando, Florida.
What should I expect during my first massage?
You'll fill out a brief health history form and your therapist will discuss any specific concerns. You’ll undress to your level of comfort and lie under a sheet. Only the area being worked on will be uncovered at any time.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash and credit/debit cards. Tips are not expected.
Do you accept insurance?
We do not accept insurance, but we can provide a receipt for reimbursement if your plan allows.
